Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, rich ruby with a slightly brightening rim. Opens with distinctly savoury components, of galangal and clove, with dark raspberry. Firm tannins, a little rough on the palate, dries on the finish.
