Bright straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Delicately oxidative on the nose, roasted hazelnut, forest fruits, orange, ripe yellow peach, some cold smoke and oak. Beautiful freshness on the palate, ripe fruit, fine salty tones, precise, vibrant.
