The red wine Oltre Friuli Colli Orientali Rosso DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Specogna has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Pignolo, Schioppettino from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Rich, shimmering ruby colour with garnet-red tendencies. Savoury and spicy on the nose, of blueberry and juicy plum, plus cedar wood, milk chocolate and red pepper. Full fruit and well-integrated wood on the palate, firm tannins and fresh acidity, harmonious and round.
