Intense copper orange. Ripe apricot and plum on the nose, as well as dried rose petals, resin, strong herbal notes of thyme and sage. The palate is grippy, with tight body, ripe fruit and firm drive, salty tannins, long finish of cocoa butter, with drive.
More about the tastingRich, flinty copper-orange in colour. The nose smells of baked apple, fine plum and cherry, whilst the palate is firm and gripping with notes of raspberry. There's some clear tannin components on the finish and a salty edge.
