Tasting from 12.03.2020: Peter Moser

Deep ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, subtle watery rim. Fine red forest berry confit, ripe cherry fruit, a hint of candied orange zest, subtle tobacco notes. Medium complexity, subtle extract sweetness, hints of figs and cocoa, fine, supporting tannins, finesse-rich structure, heart cherries on the finish, good freshness and minerality, a hint of tannins, but also nougat in the aftertaste, a finely spiced food wine.
