Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Stone fruit such as mirabelle plum and apricot, also yellow apple in the open nose, also some leafy green, herbal and savoury hints. Well-balanced on the palate with a beautiful interplay of lively acidity and fine sweetness, juicy, savoury, slender and with a rather cool aura. Fine phenolics, medium length.
