Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Raspberry, ripe strawberries, pomegranate, blackberries, dark plums, black cherries, dried herbs such as thyme and dark chocolate on the nose. Beautiful juicy fruit on the palate, velvety tannins, lively, refreshing acidity, good use of wood, nice spice, slightly peppery, long on the palate. Wonderful fruit!
