The red wine »Premium« Lemberger, vintage 2024 from the winery Staatsweingut Karlsruhe Durlach has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 - 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lemberger from the region Baden in Germany.
Quite present, spicy new wood: clove, coconut and caramel, vanilla. Also cherry, blackberry, a hint of menthol. The palate is full-bodied, rich and extract-sweet, the tannins appear ripe and finely polished, the acidity carries without playing to the fore. Very good length.
