The red wine »Traum« trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Staatsweingut Weinsberg has been rated in 2019 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cubin from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Complex aromas of beet, crème de cassis, sour cherry juice and blackberry as well as some nutty wood on the nose. Almost buttery tannins on the palate - and loads of them - alongside sweet palate fruit and a mild acidity. A wine with immense extract, but quite finely balanced and with great length.
