Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Very pale yellow green colour, silver reflections. Delicate meadow herbs, a hint of fresh apricot, some orange blossom, notes of Nashi pear, inviting bouquet. Lean, fresh, subtle notes of yellow pears, tightly knit, dark minerality, salty aftertaste, a light-footed food wine, lime and a delicate touch of cloves on the finish. Right on the pulse of the times. Light and dry Furmint, with expression and flavour: it does work - you just have to find the right place for it.
