Very pale yellow green colour, silver reflections, fine, small-pearl mousse. Inviting, very fine bouquet of white fruits, delicate hints of pears and lemons, a hint of green apple. Taut, tightly meshed, white orchard fruits, fresh acidity, finely savoury, mineral and chalky on the finish, slender, animating style, suitable as an aperitif as well as with light dishes, lingers long.
