Tasting Notes
Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate herbal spice, white fruit nuances, a hint of cassis and yellow peppers, still somewhat restrained bouquet. Full-bodied, ripe gooseberry aromas, finesse-rich acid structure, subtle extract sweetness in the aftertaste, shows good length, mineral finish, will benefit from bottle ageing.
