Light yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, an attractive bouquet of fine yellow tropical fruit, delicate pineapple and peach, a floral touch, some hibiscus, and candied lime zest. The palate is full-bodied, elegant and fresh, with fine stone fruit nuances, balanced acidity, mineral and persistent, with a citrussy salinity. A great example of the variety.
