88 - 90
Tasting from 06.10.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense fruity bouquet with notes of yellow stone fruit, honey and citrus. There are also subtle floral and savoury notes. Full-bodied attack on the palate, ripe, soft acidity, aromas of grapefruit and ripe cider fruit as well as savoury notes. Finishes long with a Mirabelle plum like tartness.
