The prosecco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato Brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Sui Nui has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Intense, shiny straw yellow with a silver touch. Delicate aroma of ripe quince and pear, then delicate hints of mint and lime blossom, with minimal resin in the background. Crisp on the palate, with dancing acidity, fresh and interwoven in the mousse, light-footed texture, animating on the palate, finishes hearty with good tension.
