Classic nose, sour cherry, some plum and raspberry, combined with smoky roasted nuances from ageing in small wooden barrels. The roasted and smoky notes increase slightly with air. Medium-bodied on the palate with a beautiful elegance thanks to the juicy acidity. Beautiful length with notes of sour cherry and a juicy finish.
