Pale straw yellow. Medium, persistent mousse. Elegant and complex fruity notes on the nose, interspersed with mineral impressions. Fresh flavours of pear, apple, mountain peach, white melon, lychee and white flowers. Sweet, broad, lively and slightly salty on the palate. Lingering finish.
