The sparkling wine Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut from the winery Tenuta Amadio has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with delicate green reflections. Initially a little subdued on the nose, then opens up to citrus and elderberry, with a slight apricot flavour on the finish. Restrained mousse on the palate, appears very pure, lacking a little vibrancy on the finish.
