The red wine Collenottolo Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Tenuta Bellafonte has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points.
Deep, dark ruby purple with a black core. On the nose there are notes of grated blackcurrant, blackberry, a hint of coffee powder and light leather. Very juicy on the palate, with clear, vivid fruit sweetness, shows racy, crisp tannins, lively, spans a fine arc, drinks well.
