Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 29.11.2017: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, rich ruby red with dark violet reflections. Slightly animal and meaty nose, strong spicy notes of leather, tobacco and black pepper. Builds richly on the palate and reproduces the spicy notes of the nose in the mouth, very fruity with superficial, still young tannins.
