Tasting from 13.02.2020: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright, elegant ruby. Closed on the nose, delicate reduction, some leather and smoke. Full-bodied and hearty on the palate, already showing a fine mellowness, but with a lot of wood influence in the finish, which slows down the drink.
