Clear light straw yellow, persistent mousse. Fine aromas of jasmine flowers, fresh apple and apple blossom. Nicely concentrated palate, pears and a salty texture. Appealing finish.

Very pale straw yellow with medium mousse. Floral on the nose paired with restrained yellow fruit nuances, appears cool. Acidic and slightly sharp on the palate, very superficial mousse, somewhat unbalanced.
