Bright, silvery yellow. Nose characterised by white blossom with undertones of yellow pear, lemon zest and nuances of brioche. Fine mousse, creamy mouthfeel, appealing acidity and fruit sweetness, medium length, good drinking flow. Uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
