Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, rich light gold. Fine resinous tones on the nose, with salted caramel and dried apricots, fine hints of iodine and honey on the finish. Very rich on the palate, with broad yellow fruit, then slightly noticeable tannin, which lends good freshness, surprisingly salty on the finish.
