Bright lemon yellow with a green shimmer. Fine herbs adorn the nose, along with green bell peppers and cold tea, a hint of Williams pears, slightly smoky. Present and fresh on the palate, builds in layers, subtle minerality, vibrant and taut on the palate and long finish.
