The red wine Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Tenuta di Lilliano has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot, Colorino from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, dark ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Fragrant, open nose of ripe cherries, sugar strawberries, with the finest notes of leather and liquorice in the finish. Supple on the palate with tightly woven tannins and delicate acidity, extremely lively and fresh, slightly salty, firm drive on the finish.
