Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich bright ruby red with an opaque core. It has an expressive nose with sour cherry, blackberry, mallow blossom and poppy seeds, with background notes of cocoa beans and black tea. Juicy on the palate, with lively acidity, smooth flow and lots of ripe red fruit leading to an elegant finish.
