Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

On the nose a subtle, elegant fruit with notes of ripe plum, sour cherry and cassis plus a whiff of fine smoky-bacon notes and some caramel. On the palate elegant with juicy acidity and fine-grained tannins and hints of sour cherry and dark forest berries. Long finish.
