The red wine Guardoalto Toscana IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Tenuta Il Quinto has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
A luminous ruby red with purple hues. Intense nuances of plum compote, Rumtopf, cassis, orange zest, sea buckthorn and a touch of salted caramel. A rich body, lots of volume, well-packed tannins, a warming sensation, with a light fruit sweetness, unique finish.
