The red wine La Cappelletta Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta La Pergola has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Barbera from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Deep dark ruby purple colour. Nose of nougat, coconut, fine hints of earth, mint and blackberry candy, lots of wood. Subtle fruit and good acidity on the palate, unfortunately strongly dominated by the wood, lingers on.
