The red wine Tebavio Barolo DOCG, vintage 2001 from the winery Tenuta L’Illuminata has been rated in 2005 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Rich ruby with garnet shimmer; clearly marked, spicy nose, cinnamon and cloves, behind it a lot of ripe dark cherry; emphasized juicy notes in the approach, again ripe cherry, unfolds with fine-grained tannin, underlaid with light mineral notes.
