The red wine Luce Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta Luce has been rated in 2026 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Montalcino in Italy.
Rich ruby with fresh radiance. Powerful and memorable nose, first hints of beef tartare, then lots of dark cherry, plus some roses and tobacco spice. Spreads out emphatically on the palate, lots of present berry fruit, pithy, dense tannins, still slightly drying on the finish, but should be perfectly integrated in a few years.
