Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler

Bright straw yellow with light gold. On the nose, waxy with golden pear and a touch of freshly squeezed grapefruit. On the palate, subtle tannins with good tension and structure. A slight bitterness on the finish.
