Bright ruby red with a brick-red rim. Not quite precise on the nose at first, ripe tomato, coffee grounds, lovage, earth, also slightly vegetal. On the palate also like stock cubes, with sharp acidity, somewhat bitter, iron on the finish, drink now or never again.
