Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Ripe and developed on the nose, dried tomatoes, rosehip tea, grated nutmeg, tobacco, bitter orange and oregano on the finish. Surprising freshness and compact tannins on the palate, slightly ferrous vein, slightly salty aftertaste, with a latte finish, very special overall.
