Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense ruby red colour with a purple hue. Harmonious on the nose, with delicate fruity notes, reminiscent of raspberries, followed by a hint of violets. Quite lean on the palate, well-integrated tannins, salty, with a savoury, medium-long finish.
