Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby red with cherry-red edges. Fruity nose of ripe redcurrant, some mint chocolate, slightly oxidized, with a subtle aftertaste of peat and liquorice. Grippy on the palate, grippy tannins, dark berryish fruit, unfortunately drying out and slowing down in the middle section.
