A fruity and savoury bouquet with notes of dark baked bread, wild berry compote and dried plums. Fine roasted aromas and a hint of lovage also emerge with some air. There's a juicy attack on the palate with a core of cranberry compote, dried plum and sour cherry fruit with a slightly tannic structure that leads into the medium-long, ethereal finish.
