Weißwein aus Merlot-Trauben, von flachen, sowie am Hang gelegenen Weinbergen in Gudo, einem Stadtteil von Bellinzona, mit einem Ertrag von 800g pro Rebstock. Die Trauben werden zwei Wochen vor der vollen Reife geerntet, um eine ausgewogene Säure zu erhalten, die dem Wein Frische verleiht. Der Anteil von 10% Chardonnay unterstützt das Aroma mit einem Bouquet von exotischen Früchten.
