Tasting from 08.09.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby red. Earth, candle wax, blackberries on the nose, reminiscent of raspberry confit, sealing wax on the finish. On the palate dark berry fruit, coated with some drying, bold tannin, brakes in the echo.
