The red wine Anemone Al Sole Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Tenute Corte Pavone - Loacker Wine Estates has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
It has a deep bright ruby colour. On the nose with pronounced earthy notes there are aromas of beet and iron rust, followed by lots of blackberry, and dark cherry. It has plenty of juicy fruit on the palate, with grippy well-integrated tannins, it seems very fresh, although somewhat drying on the finish.
