A bright lemon yellow colour with a silver sheen. A delicate bouquet, notes ripe apricots, candied lemon peel, lemon balm blossoms and a hint of mint. Expansive on the palate, balanced, a soft texture, juicy and fresh, fine floral notes, a subtle minerality, lingers well.
