Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich ruby with a dark core. Shows a bit restrained on the nose, notes of dried tomatoes and porcini mushrooms, some thyme in the background. On the palate there is grippy tannin, opens in many layers, savoury and salty.
