Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, intense straw yellow with a delicate mousse. Nose of yeast, sage, hazelnut, lemon juice, slightly reductive. Well-integrated mousse on the palate, but shows a bitter fruit core and remains subdued.
