Intense, deep dark ruby red colour. Rich and complex on the nose. Ripe blackberries, cherries and blueberry jelly, slight hints of rum pot, plus chocolate, somewhat savoury. Soft and velvety on the palate with fine tannins. Powerful body with plenty of drive. Very persistent.
