Tasting from 17.02.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Sour cherry and thyme, some wood, pure overripe notes. On the palate with pressure from silky tannins, above all soft and full-bodied, carried by (iron) minerals, Amarone-typical strong alcohol in the background. A successful Amarone that is a great accompaniment to hearty dishes such as oxtail.
