More about the tastingDeep raspberry pink in colour. Smells of sweet berry potpourri and confit plums on the nose, whilst the palate brings a plucky acidity and carbonic spritz. It remains very straightforward and bone-dry through the palate, making it ideal for a fresh kick in summer. Goes well with sausage and bacon.
