The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2018 from the winery Terreno has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Chianti in Italy.
Pure radiant garnet red colour. On the nose there are pronounced aromas of ripe blackberry and cherry, discreet floral notes and a hint of coriander seeds. Juicy on the palate, with smooth flow, velvety tannins and plenty of fresh acidity. It falls away somewhat on the finish and has a delicate aftertaste.
