Tasting from 26.04.2022: Peter Moser & Anne Krebiehl MW

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Black berry fruit with sweet exotic spices, a hint of cloves, cinnamon and vanilla, ripe black cherries, hints of cedar wood. Taut, elegant texture, notes of cassis, ripe blueberries, strong tannins, chocolaty nuances on the finish, has a long-lasting finish, very good prospects. Like the parent winery Château Pontet-Canet in Pauillac in Bordeaux, this wine is also cultivated according to biodynamic principles.
