Still delicately yeasty, light green-yellow in colour. Delicately yeasty and nutty nuances of fresh pears, a hint of cider and mandarin zest, mineral-spicy nose, with the subtle oxidative nuances of this category of unsulphurised wines and with long contact time with the berry skins, which will take some getting used to. On the palate, this wine unfolds all its elegance, a fresh minerality, fine Chenin fruit of oranges and red berries, very crisp and animating to drink. A controversial wine of the good variety.
